Vicky Stropes

Vicky S. Stropes, 60, of Muscatine passed away at her home on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Per her request cremation rites have been accorded. A visitation to honor her memory will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine.  Memorials in Vicky’s name may be made to the family or charity of your choice.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservices.com. 

Vicky was born on June 1, 1964 to Larry and Bonnie Stropes in Muscatine, Iowa.  She was raised by her mother Bonnie and step-father Teed Axtell.  Vicky loved to spend time outside, especially with horses; she was a cowgirl at heart.  She also greatly enjoyed working on crafts and spending time with her family.

Vicky will be miss by her children Joe, Jeremie, Josh (Cassie) and Alisha; her grandchildren Cayden, Zayden, Gage, Zach, Ariel, and Aubrey; her mother and step-father Bonnie and Teed; her siblings Larry Stropes, Tina Colon, Crystal Stropes, and Wendy Stropes; along with many nieces and nephews.
