Obituary

Vicki A. Espinoza, 58, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in Davenport, Iowa.  No visitation or services will be held at this time.  Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine caring for the arrangements.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Vicki Ann was born on May 8, 1964 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Richard Minix and Nancy Ann Schust.  Vicki had been united in marriage to Raul Espinoza and later divorced.  She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, drawing, writing poetry and drinking Busch Light.  She loved reading and would start every morning with a cup of coffee and a good book.   Vicki was a proud grandmother to six granddaughters and was always eager to share that pride with others.

Vicki will be missed by her sons, Raul “Santana” (Madison) Espinoza and Krystofer “Krys” (Ceriece) Minix-Espinoza; six grandchildren, Ryland, Adalynn, Amberlynn, Myla, Ivyanna and Eleanor; siblings, Michele (Darrin) DeKeyrel, Robin (Mike) Bushnell, Anna (Steve) Swank, Alisha (Steve) Eggers and Kandi Tripp; step-mother, Wanda Minix and her ex-husband but still good friend, Raul Espinoza.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents and niece, Brandi Bermel.
