Theresa W. Hubert, 65, of Muscatine, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2024 at Unity Point Trinity Hospital-Muscatine. No visitation or services will be held at this time. Theresa Wanda Hubert was born on May 2, 1960 in New York, the daughter of Ronald Hubert Sr. and Ruth Marie (Scigowski) Hubert. Theresa graduated high school, spent some time doing factory work and loved to spend her free time listening to music and coloring.

Theresa is survived by her sister, Jacqueline Hubert and partner, Tina Nesmith of West Burlington, Iowa and brother, Ronald Hubert of San Antonio, Texas.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Barbara Hubert.
