Steven J. Frye

Steven J. Frye, 62, of Muscatine, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Trinity Rock Island.  Private services will be held at a later date. Steven Frye was born on October 4, 1961, in Muscatine, the son of Keith and Ethel (Strope) Frye.  On May 8, 2010, Steve was united in marriage to Gemma Libuna.  He was a private investigator.  Steve enjoyed playing computer games, listening to music, fishing, hunting and in his younger days, riding his motorcycle with the Brotherhood Motorcycle Club.

Steve will be deeply missed by his wife, Gemma of Muscatine; children, Destiny Dawn Fry of Texas, Christina Frye and Samantha Frye, both of Muscatine; grandchildren, Faith, Gabrianna, Antonio, Lucy, Natilea, Naleena, Kinnick and Evelyn; great-grandchild, Aleyalynn; brothers, Mike Frye and Richard Yates and sisters, Judy Yates and Shirley Weggen.        

Steve was preceded in death by his parents.
