Scott Jeffrey Grimm

Scott Grimm, 63, of West Liberty, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Service of Columbus Junction.  Private family services will be held at a later date.  A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Scott.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.sandhfuneralservices.com.

Scott Jeffrey Grimm was born on May 16, 1959, in Waterloo, Iowa the son of Paul and Virginia (Leferink) Grimm.  Scott enjoyed watching racing, was an animated St. Louis Cardinal fan, taking care of his garden, his boxers, Tilley and Jersey and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. 

Scott will be dearly missed by his significant other Sam Fittro of West Liberty; children, Brady (Michelle) Grimm of Mt. Pleasant, Sarah Purdy of Solon, Tony (Katy) Fittro of Florida, Jake Fittro of West Liberty; grandchildren, Skylar, Michael, Emily, Anna, and Lincoln; siblings, Steve (Deb) Grimm of Seattle, WA, Charlotte (Steve) Mohror of Columbus Junction, Doug Grimm of Washington, Mavis (Mike Meuer) Murray of Linden, WI, Todd (Nancy) Grimm of Ainsworth and many extended family and friends.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents.
