Sandra Voyles, 80, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the Great River Hospice House in West Burlington. Services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be left to the Great River Hospice House or the Iowa Donor Network in memory of Sandra. The Snyder and Hollebaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Wapello is caring for the Sandra’s arrangements. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Sandra Kay O’Brien was born on July 22, 1940 in Rock Island, IL the daughter of Raymond and Vivian (Bryant) O’Brien. She was united in marriage to Jack Voyles on November 8, 1958 in Froid, MT. Sandra worked at Des Moines County Mutual Insurance in Mediapolis for many years. She enjoyed traveling and reading, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sandra will be deeply missed by her daughters, Tanya (Don) Purdy of Wapello, Lisa (Carl) Bonnichsen of Letts; grandchildren, Nicole (Keith) Wood, Jacque (Wes) Clark and Jeni Ward; great-grandchildren, Kingston, Kolten, Keller, Dawson, Hendrix and Vayda; sister, Patricia Blair of Mondovi, WI and brother, Raymond (Tammy) O’Brien of Dubuque.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Dan O’Brien.
