Rosa Heredia, 89, of Columbus Junction, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at her home. Private family services will be held at a later date. Rosa Heredia was born August 30, 1935, in Cuba, the daughter of Beningo and Dolores Rodriquez Limonta. She enjoyed watching Novellas, doing word searches and most of all, being with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rosa will be missed by her significant other, Eustaquio Alarcon of Columbus Junction; son, Hector Heredia of Grandview; daughter, Roxani Heredia of Columbus Junction; grandchildren, Rubyelis, Rosemary, German, Minnie, Hector Luis, Lazaro, Daniel, Jorje Luis, George, David and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Jianna, Joscelyn, Jacob, German Jr, Analeah, Julian, Marielis, Victoria, Samantha, Jianna, Gabriela and Jiovana; brothers, Aramis of Mexico and Arildo of Cuba.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, George; sister, Isabel Maria and brother, Miquel.
