Ronald Neil Devinney, 70, of Des Moines, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024. Private services will be held at a later date. The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine is assisting with arrangements. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Ronald was born April 23, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Dwight and Donna (Hartsock) Devinney. Ronald loved to shoot pool, fish, paint and draw. He was a beloved father, son, brother and friend.

Ronald will be deeply missed by his daughter, Diana Devinney Pelham; son, Wayne Leroy Devinney; grandson, Wayne Devinney, Jr.; and grandson, Kamron “Kip” Pelham.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Hartsock-Hayes; son, Brandon Devinney-Reimers; and brother, Douglas Devinney
