Robert "Bob" W. Proctor

Robert “Bob” W. Proctor, 76, of Muscatine passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026 at UnityPoint Hospital in Rock Island. Per his request cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine is caring for Robert’s family.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Robert W. Proctor was born January 26, 1950 in Ottumwa, Iowa, the son of Joseph and Doris (Bailey) Proctor.  He was united in marriage to Lynn M. Morgan in 1978.  Bob worked for Union Tank for over 30 years.  He enjoyed spending time outside, camping, drinking Pepsi, and playing slot machines.   

Those left to honor is memory are his wife of 48 years, Lynn; sisters Carletta Creek and Donna Heinman; siblings-in-law Randy Morgan, Sue Morgan, Gary Morgan, Lisa Gann, and Amy Morgan

He was preceded in death by parents Joseph and Doris, his parents-in-law Leland and Pauline Morgan, and brother Verlin Proctor.
