Randie Kay Jones, 49 of Wapello, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. A Celebration of Life will be held at Wapello Briggs Civic Center 317 N Water St. Wapello, IA 52653 on Sunday March 29, 2026 from 12P.M. until ?? Randie Kay Ross was born on April 24, 1976 in Urbana, IL, the daughter of James and Julie (Pierce) Ross. On June 30, 1994, she was united in marriage to Tony Jones in Galesburg, IL. Randie was a paraprofessional at the L&M School district. She also was co-owner of the family business Jones RV Inspections & Repair. Randie enjoyed reading, camping, fishing, and going to concerts. One her favorite things to do was to sit around a fire pit and share the company with all her family and friends. Most of all, she loved being with her family.
Randie will be deeply missed by her husband, Tony Jones of Wapello; daughter, Ashley (Jaron) Eveleth of Grandview and son, Nathan (Mikayla) Jones of Wapello; grandchildren; Brayden Dunn, Amelia Eveleth and Wyatt Jones; parents, James and Julie Ross of Crossville, TN and brother, Richard Ross of Galesburg, Il.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mervin and Kay Pierce, Harold and Louise Ross, Martin Jackson, and her brother, Mark Ross.
