Patricia K. Terrill, 88, of Illinois City, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Lutheran Living in Muscatine. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Illinois City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriners Children’s Hospital Chicago in memory of Patricia. Online condolences may be left at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.
Patricia Kay Bladel was born on March 3, 1937, in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of Roy W. and Maxine (Walters) Bladel. She was a graduate of Reynolds High School. On December 31, 1955, Patricia was united in marriage to Lloyd Laverne Terrill in Rock Island, Illinois. She was a homemaker and also helped her husband on the family farm. Patricia was a member of the Fireman’s Auxiliary, Porkettes, Farm Bureau and card clubs. She enjoyed bowling, softball, 4H, gardening, her flower beds and was one of the founders of Illinois City Days.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her husband, Lloyd of Illinois City; her children, Kim Terrill of Illinois City, Scott (Jackie) Terrill of Rock Island and Mike (Michelle) Terrill of Illinois City; grandchildren, Haley (Ben) Gladkin, Katie (Andrew) Pearson, Roseanne (Matt Garard) Terrill and Shawn (Hillary) Terrill; great-grandchildren, Trent Pearson, Emma Pearson, Lydia Terrill and Wyatt Terrill and siblings, John (Darlene) Bladel of Louisiana, and Bonnie Griffin of Louisianna.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dr. Rod Bladel.
