Madonna Willodene (Bleadorn) Westfall

Madonna Westfall, 85, of Lone Tree, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at the Lone Tree Health Care Center.  A celebration of life with a lite meal will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Lone Tree American Legion.  Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the Lone Tree Cemetery.  Memorials have been established for the Lone Tree First Responders and Lone Tree Community Schools in Donna’s memory. Madonna Willodene Bleadorn was born on June 14, 1936 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Otto and Florence (Brossart) Bleadorn.  Donna was a 1954 graduate of Muscatine High School.  On February 14, 1955, she was united in marriage to Eldon “Bee” Westfall.  Donna worked for Northrup King Seed Company.  She enjoyed going to the casino, cooking, gardening, bird watching and her monthly card club.  Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

Donna will be deeply missed by her children, Lori (Richard) Kunc of Iowa City, Kevin (Deb) Westfall of Lone Tree, Lynn (Kevin) Bell of Lone Tree, Lisa (Kevin) Forbes of Lone Tree, Leigh (Ken) Miller of Kalona and Kelli (Bill) Warnstaff of Lone Tree; grandchildren, Todd (Shelly) Forbes, Michelle (Matt) Daufeldt, Nicki Polito (David Bohanan), Amber (Donny) McCullough, Seth Westfall, Sarah (Mike) Close, Justin (Gwen) Bell, Chad Bell, Misty (Kyle) Soukup, Angie (Nick) Kemp, Tara (John) Parizek, Drew (Chelise) Sides and Dane Warnstaff and 31 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eldon in 2013; brothers, Cliff and Otto Jr.; sister, Marge and two brothers in infancy.
