Linda M. (Kallaus) West

Linda M. West, 81, of Riverside, formerly of West Chester, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.  Online condolences for the family may be sent to www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Riverside is caring for Linda’s family and arrangements.

Linda Mae Kallaus was born on June 17, 1944, in Washington, Iowa the daughter of Carl John and Norma Lorene (Droll) Kallaus.  On August 18, 1979, Linda was united in marriage to Larry A. West at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.  She was a bookkeeper for L.A. West Inc.  Linda enjoyed being in the outdoors, getting her nails done, and going to the casino, but most of all she loved to spend time with her friends and family.

Linda will be deeply missed by her son, Trent (Tara) West of North Liberty, granddaughter, Bexley West, sister-in-law, Sue Kallaus of Riverside and brother-in-law, Dave Frank of Riverside. Along with many nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry; son, Corey; two brothers, Jerold Frank Kallaus and Eugene Carl Kallaus and one sister, Janet Rae Frank.
