Lila Beck

Lila Beck, 64, of Wapello passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at her home.  Private family services will be held at a later date.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservices.com.  Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Wapello is caring for Lila’s family and her arrangements. 

Lila Christine Noone was born on April 12, 1960 in Iowa, the daughter of Richard and Joyce Noone.  Lila was married to John Beck, Sr. for eleven years.  Lila had worked for a veterinarian clinic and later went on to work as a dietary aide at Wapello Specialty Care.  She was an animal lover and enjoyed drawing, coloring, doing words searches and collecting of DVDs. 

Lila will be deeply missed by her children, Carrie Stick of Cedar Rapids, Heidi (Brandon) Thompson of Cedar Rapids and Amy (Aaron) Chrisp of Wapello and 12 grandchildren. 

Lila was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
