Kevin Jennings

Kevin Jennings, 68, of Coralville, formerly of Quasqueton, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at his home in Coralville.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services in Winfield.  Memorial services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be held at the Scott Township Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Washington County in memory of Kevin.  Online condolences may be left at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Kevin Jennings was born on December 11, 1957, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, the son of Melvin Burdell and Jane (Vollmer) Jennings.  He was a 1976 graduate of Winfield High School, then attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Drake University in 1980 and finished his education with a Doctoral Degree in Theology from Dubuque University in 1986.  Kevin was the minister at the Edgington Presbyterian Church in Taylor Ridge, Illinois for 20 years and then the Union Presbyterian Church in Quasqueton, Iowa, where he retired.  He was an avid reader, Iowa Hawkeye, Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Cardinals fan and a collector of comic books and movies.  

Kevin will be deeply missed by his mother, Jane of Coralville; brother, Kyle (Adrienne Publicover) Jennings of Walnut Creek, California and nieces and nephews, Margaret, Ben, Jacob, Alec and Clare.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Melvin.
