Kenneth Tripses Obituary

Kenneth Tripses, 55, of Lone Tree, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  A memorials fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Kenneth.  Online condolences for Kenneth’s family may be sent to www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Lone Tree is caring for Kenneth’s family and arrangements. 

Kenneth Tripses was born on May 15, 1971, in Iowa City, Iowa the son of David Earl and Bonnie Bea (Bell) Tripses.  He was a graduate of West High School. On December 13, 2019 Kenneth was united in marriage to Leslie Kay Gott in Lone Tree. Kenneth grew up working for his parents at the D&B Shows and later owned and operated TNT Construction in Lone Tree. He enjoyed anything outdoors, including boating and camping and also enjoyed watching TV and movies.

Kenneth will be missed by his wife, Leslie of Lone Tree; his children, Joseph Tripses of Wellman, Ashley (Matt) Neels of Wayland, Ariel Tripses of Iowa City, Ayla (Micheal) Heffner of Cedar Rapids; step-children, Lance Gott of Marengo, Morgan Schultz of Lone Tree; grandchildren, Noah, Rowan, Dallas, Octavia, Kinsley, Evelyn, Emberlynn; mother, Bonnie Tripses of Lone Tree; siblings, Tammy (Dan) Crossman of South English, Jesse (Tracy) Tripses of Williamsburg, David (Janey) Holmes of Columbus Junction and Brad Tripses of Lone Tree and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, David Tripses; brother, Vernon Tripses; and in-laws, Thomas and Neoma Gott and brother-in-law, Kenneth Frese.
