Kathy Irene (Zaehringer) Viner

Kathy Viner, 70, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024, at her home in Muscatine. Private services will be held at a later date. Kathy Zaehringer was born on October 14, 1954, in Muscatine, Iowa the daughter of Clyde L. and Pearl Anna (Vandygriff) Zaehringer.  She was a graduate of Muscatine High School.  On December 31, 1976, Kathy was united in marriage to Tony Viner in Muscatine.  She was the manager of Hostess Wonder Bread for 15 years.  Kathy enjoyed dressing fancy when she was going out, dining at Red Lobster, eating lobster tails and her many nightgowns, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family, especially the grandchildren.

Kathy will be deeply missed by her husband, Tony of Muscatine; her daughter, Preshha Viner and her forever partner and Kathy’s special friend, Randy Kent and grandchildren, Ethan Viner, Sklyer Viner and fiancé, Toni Helmick and Jaden Garner and partner, William Knapp.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and son, Brett Viner.
