Judy Paul, 71, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Lutheran Living after a lengthy battle with cancer. No services are planned at this time. Judy Mae Rodgers was born on March 11, 1952 in Iowa City, IA, the daughter of Dale and Dorothy (Vodicka) Rodgers. She was united in marriage to David Paul on October 8, 1983 in West Liberty. Judy was a homemaker and enjoyed babysitting. She was a member of the Muscatine Seventh-day Adventist Church. Judy's hobbies included planting flowers, sewing, baking and decorating cakes, collecting rocks, and bird watching. Most of all, she loved spending time with her soulmate David.

Judy will be deeply missed by her husband, David of Muscatine; children, Denise Steahr, Shannon (Joan) Paul and Dwayne (Tammy) Paul, all of Muscatine; grandchildren, Curtis, Cory, Mindy, Isaac, David, Abby and Josh; great-grandchildren, Lexie, Evelyn, and Madelyn, sisters, Jane (Robert) Boughner of Albany, OR., Barb (Jim) Fackler of Harrisburg, KY and niece, Jennifer Rodgers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Craig Steahr.
