Janette Marie (Meyer) Ulin

Janette Ulin, 79, of Lone Tree, died Friday, April 23, 2021 at Pioneer Park in Lone Tree.  Funeral services for Janette will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the Snyder & Hollenabugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Lone Tree.  Burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery.  Visitation for Janette will be held on Tuesday, April 27, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.   In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established at the funeral home in memory of Janette.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com

Janette Marie Meyer was born on April 15, 1942, in Iowa City, the daughter of Kenneth and Marilyn (Eden) Meyer.  On March 21, 1964, Janette was united in marriage to Albert Ulin at the E and R Church in Lone Tree.  Janette worked at Oral B for 40 years.  She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Lone Tree. Janette joined Weight Watchers in the 70s and was at her goal weight for many years.  Janette enjoyed cooking, baking, reading the newspaper each day, going on adventures with her sister including Sunday trips to the casino, the Christmas Season, but most of all, spending time with her family, especially her grandchild, Alexa.

Janette will be deeply missed by her daughters, Marsha Keever and her husband, Joseph of Lone Tree and Lisa Rincon and her husband Joel of Lone Tree; step-son, Jerry Ulin and his wife, Kirsty of Grinnell; granddaughter, Alexa Campbell; step-grandson, Zachary Ulin; special grand-friends, Aleasia and Nicholas Hardy; sister, Joyce Terhune of Lone Tree and brother, David Meyer and his wife Dixie of Lone Tree and many nieces and nephews.

Janette was preceded in death by her parents, husband; brother-in-law, Wally Terhune; sister-in-infancy, Janet Meyer; sister-in-law, Adriana Meyer and special aunt, Eva Eden.
