James Compton, 62, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2020 at Unity Point Trinity Muscatine. Cremation rites have been facilitated and no services will be held. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com. Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services is caring for James’ arrangements and his family.

James Paris Compton was born on June 17 1957, in Indiana, the son of Homer and Virginia Compton. James graduate from High School in Indiana and later moved to Muscatine to begin working at HON Industries.

James is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Matt) Adams; granddaughter, MaKayla Adams and brother, Charles Auler.

James was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Michael Boone and John Auler.
