Dustin "Dust'n" Collison

Dustin “Dust’n” Collison, 54, of Davenport passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.  A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the Riverview Center in Muscatine.   A memorial has been established for the family in Dustin’s name.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine is assisting the family with arrangements.  

Dustin Dwight Collison was born on November 6, 1970, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Ronald and Joyce (Zahner) Collison.  In his younger years, Dustin grew up in Michigan where he loved to ski on Marquette Mountain, BMX bike racing and play hockey on various teams.  Dustin later moved back to Muscatine area where he graduated from Muscatine High School in 1989.  While in Muscatine he became very active in the Muscatine Chamber of Commerce.  In 1995, Dustin began his own business of dciPrint sharing his talents of printing and designing.    On September 27, 2022, Dustin was united in marriage to Jodi Richardson at the Freight House in Davenport.  Dustin’s love of mountain biking took him all over the country.  He participated in Ragbrai, he rode across the State of Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa.  Dustin was loved by many and those who knew him, understood he had a heart of gold.  He would bend over backwards to help anyone in need.  He loved his family, he loved his friends, and most of all, he loved life.  Dustin will live in our hearts forever and will be deeply missed.

Dustin will be deeply missed by his mother, Joyce Phillips of Muscatine; his wife, Jodi Collison of Davenport; sister, Debbi (Bob) Waisanen of Michigan and many nieces and nephews. 

Dustin was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Collison; step-father, Terry Phillips; sister, Dixie Hill; brother, Dennis Collison; grandparents, Vallie and Nita Zahner and Foster and Margarita Collison.
