Dean Borns Obituary

Dean M. Borns, 80, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Per his wishes, no services or visitation will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to the Muscatine Humane Society in Dean’s name. The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services is caring for Dean’s family and the arrangements. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Dean Michael Borns was born on March 29, 1941. He married Sherry Reeves in Muscatine. Dean loved spending time with his family, going to the Casinos and watching NASCAR and was an avid sports fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers.

Dean will be missed by the love of his life, Sherry Borns of Muscatine. Dean was also blessed with two daughters and son-in-laws whom he considered his own, Gigi and John Titus and Judy and Mick Yates all of Muscatine; sister-in-law Judy Reeves Richards of Muscatine and his beloved fur baby, Harley.

Dean was preceded in death by his parents.
