David Murray

David Murray, 55, of Morning Sun, IA, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at his sister’s home in Wapello.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022 at The Way Church in Morning Sun.  The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Service of Morning Sun is caring for the family.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com. 

David Murray was born February 27, 1967 in Mount Pleasant, IA, the son of Richard and Shirley (McKee) Murray.  He served his country in the United States Army.  David worked in maintenance at various businesses.  He loved to travel and the Oregon and Colorado mountains were his favorite.

David is survived by his mother, Shirley Murray of Morning Sun; brother, Brian Murray of Morning Sun, sister, Michelle (William) Ruble of Wapello, nephew, David Asher, nieces, Emma and Codi Asher; great-nephew, Riddius and great-niece, Aamilah.

He was preceded in death by his father and nephew, Benjamin Asher.
