Connie Peavey Obituary

Connie Peavey, 76, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2025 at The Ivy Nursing Home in Davenport. Private family burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Connie Cochran was born on October 28, 1948, the daughter of Harold and Lorene Marie (Pippert) Cochran. Connie was a 1966 graduate of Muscatine High School. On October 10, 1967, Connie was united in marriage to David Peavey in Muscatine. Connie worked for Walgreen’s, the Walcott Truck Stop, Westside BP Station, and Muscatine Municipal Golf Course. She enjoyed putting together puzzles and her Scottie dogs.

Connie will be deeply missed by her son Brian (Sandra) Peavey and grandchildren, Dallas and Sierra Peavey and Samantha Hooker and Michael Welker.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David on April 13, 2024 and daughter, Wendy Welker.
