Charles W. Wagg, 89, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Lutheran Living. Funeral services will be 10:00 a,m, on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at the Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services in Muscatine. Due to the pandemic, face masks are required with social distancing for all those who attend. Burial will be in the Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Charles. Charles Willard Wagg was born on February 14, 1932, in Wapello, Iowa. On October 23, 1955, Charles was united in marriage to Ramona Blake in Knoxville, Iowa. Ramona passed away in June of 1980. On May 29, 1981, Charles was untied in marriage to Juanita Jarr-Tompkins in Muscatine. He worked at HNI retiring in 1991 and enjoyed watching T.V., eating candy, and watching NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt and in his younger years, fishing and camping.
Charles will be deeply missed by his wife, Juanita of Muscatine; his children, Terri (Steven) Trost of Estill Springs, Tennessee, Pam (Tim) Connor of Muscatine and Chuck (Jill) Wagg of Muscatine; step-children, Wayne (Audrey) Tompkins of Fruitland and Melanie Rock of Moscow; 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Ramona.
