Cathy E. Reichert

Cathy E. Reichert, 72, of Muscatine, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date with burial in the Klein Cemetery.  A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Cathy.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Cathy Elaine Reichert was born on August 5, 1949, in Muscatine, Iowa the daughter of Richard D. Reichert Sr. and Elaine Frances (Reed).  She was a graduate of Wilton High School.  Cathy proudly served her country in the United States Marine Corp.  She owned and operated Action Video Store in Muscatine and later worked at CDS in Wilton.  Cathy enjoyed working on her own vehicles, watching movies and had a great love of animals and pets, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Cathy will be deeply missed by her siblings, Richard Reichert Jr. of Wilton, David (Gwen) Reichert of Muscatine, Danny (Shelly) Reichert of Letts, Alan Reichert of Muscatine, Karen (Marc) Haney of Muscatine and Nancy (Scott) Briles of Muscatine; step-siblings, Larry Orr, Steve (Miriam) Orr, Diane (Frank) Kelley, Cheryl (Dennis) Chick and Barb (Dave Vargus) Orr, and many nieces and nephews.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents.
