Carole Ann (Tobias) Logan

Carole Logan, 79, of West Liberty, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery.  A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Carole's name. Carole Ann Tobias was born on December 2, 1946, in Muscatine the daughter of David and Elsie (McKillip) Tobias.  She graduated from Muscatine High School and Muscatine Community College.  Carole was employed as the personal secretary for the Vice President of Sales at Bandag and later TDS.  She was a three-time cancer survivor.  Carole enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening and most of all spending time with her grandsons and great-grandson.

Carole will be deeply missed by her children, Corey Phillips of West Liberty and Terri Logan of Brookings, SD; grandsons, Connor Logan, Lincoln Hesby and Ronin Hesby; great-grandson, Cameron Logan-Rodriguez, sister, Mary Kirk of Muscatine; niece, Heather Lanfier and family; special cousin, Larry (Julia) Strause and family.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Thomas Phillips and Terry Logan; daughter, Lisa Phillips; sisters, Judy Eddy and Kathy Tobias and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
