Brenda J. (Hosier) Brenneman

Brenda J. Brenneman, 75, of Lone Tree, passed away, Friday, July 2, 2021, at Lutheran Living in Muscatine.  A private family Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.  A memorial fund has been established for the family.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  The Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Lone Tree is caring for Brenda’s family and arrangements. 

Brenda Joyce Hosier was born on September 1, 1945, in rural LaPorte City, Iowa, the daughter of Frederick E. and Geneva L. (Bowden) Hosier.  She was a 1963 graduate of Lone Tree High School.  She was a graphic artist throughout life.  Brenda was a member of the United Presbyterian Church and an avid New York Yankees fan.  She enjoyed reading and going to her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events, but most of all she dearly loved to spend time with her family. 

Brenda will be greatly missed by her children, Christine (Gary Voss) Zeman of Lone Tree, Cathy Fell of Iowa City, Colene (Gary) Feldman of Lone Tree and Carmen (Joe) Donovan of Lone Tree; nine grandchildren, Brynne (Sam), Zachary (Missy), Lucas (Reagan), Ella (Philip), Emily, Bailey, Brady, Riley and Owen; one great grandchild, Rylan; one brother, Jerry (Annette) Hosier and one sister, Terri (Greg) Chicca.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Devin Fell.
