Angie Kay Zaehringer

Angie Kay Zaehringer, 60, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at her home in Muscatine.    A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine is caring for Angie’s family and arrangements.

Angela Kay Zaehringer was born on November 6, 1965 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Steven Zaehringer and Susan Marie Lewis.  She graduated from L&M High School and later attended Muscatine Community College obtaining her Associates Degree in Accounting.  She worked several years in the Octagon Building as an accountant for Iowans for Tax Relief.  Angie enjoyed crafting, watching shows-especially the Animal Planet Network and shopping on the HSN and QVC and was an avid reader, often reading up to a book a day, but most of all, she loved being a grandma.

Angie will be deeply missed by her daughters, Rhonda (Kyle) Waller of Dahinda, Illinois and Chrissy (Jeremy) Ramer of Morning Sun; grandchildren, Cory, Kaitlyn, Kaleb, Hailey, Tru, Kenleigh, Brantley, Sydney, Reagan, Devon, Mackenzie and Saraya; nieces, Annie and Rhea; nephew, Alex; her mother, Sue (Al) Bengtson of Muscatine; siblings, Amy (Jaye) Johnson of Des Moines, Jordyn Bengtson of Muscatine, Jas Bengtson of Des Moines and Jason Bengtson of Las Cruces, New Mexico;  her beloved cat, Jester.

Angie was preceded in death by her father, maternal and paternal grandparents and dog, Angel.
