Alberta Jean McGill, 90, of Muscatine passed away on June 30, 2020 at Sunnybrook of Muscatine. As one who did not always find decision making easy, Alberta was very definite about final wishes. In “not wanting to be a bother” her desire was to be cremated and her life to be celebrated with a private family graveside service at the Letts Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for First Baptist Church or Muscatine Special Olympics. Online condolences can be viewed at www.sandhfuneralservice.com. Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine, formerly The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home is caring for Alberta’s arrangements and her family.
Alberta Jean McGill was born on August 15, 1929 in Muscatine the daughter of Albert C. and Vera F. (Brown) McGill. Alberta graduated from Letts High School.
