Obituary
Fritz Krueger, 94, of Lone Tree, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Pioneer Park in Lone Tree. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Lone Tree. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Lone Tree Fire and Rescue in memory of Fritz. Online condolences for the family may be sent to www.sandhfuneralservice.com.
Fritz Krueger was born on March 1, 1929, in Johnson County, Iowa the son of Herman J. and Anna (Ball) Krueger. He was a graduate of Lone Tree High School. Fritz farmed in the Johnson County area his entire life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and his farm animals.
Fritz will be deeply missed by his sister, Jean (John) Douglas of Iowa City and two nephews, Allen Paterson of Salt Lake City and Shawn Douglas of Clive.
Fritz was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Gladys Paterson.
